Foreclosure

Buying a Bank OWned Property could be very rewarding if you are patient to wait for a property that meets your needs. However as soon as you find a property that you would like to buy, it is advisable to make an offer as soon as possible as the longer you wait the more there is a chance that there would be “Multiple Offers” on the property which creates a position in which the peice would be driven up. When the property is priced below value do not be surprised if there are a dozen of offers before the bank chooses the offer to accept. Banks however apart from considering price may place a heavy weight on solid financing.
